A scalable Webflow platform for a global education nonprofit

The platform context

The Open Mindset Project serves college students, young professionals, mentors, higher education institutions, and member organizations. The public website must help each audience understand the program and find a relevant next action.

Hassaan created the original website design and developed it in Webflow. He has supported the organization since August 2025 and currently serves as Website Manager, maintaining and evolving the platform as its content and programs grow.

A structure built for several journeys

The original design and development work combines reusable Webflow components with CMS collections so teams can publish program, mentor, impact, and organizational content without rebuilding page structures.

Responsive behavior, accessible interaction patterns, and technical SEO are treated as part of the system rather than tasks added after the visual build.

What the live experience demonstrates

As Website Manager, Hassaan continues to handle site updates, Webflow development, content-system maintenance, responsive quality, accessibility support, and technical SEO. This case study does not attribute traffic, conversion, or fundraising figures without approved analytics data.
